FAQ

What foods will be at aid stations?

  • While we are always trying new foods and options at aid stations, most will be stocked with some variation of the following - hash browns, grilled cheese, pierogies, chicken nuggets, fruit, PB&J, breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, ramen, chicken broth, fruit snacks, apple squeezes, burgers and/or hotdogs, pie, homemade cookies, homemade potato soup, mashed potatoes, chips, candy, coke, ginger ale, Skratch hydrations and water.

What hydration drink will be at aid stations?

  • All full aid stations will have Skratch hydration.

Will aid stations have gels or chews/gummies?

  • There are no gels or chews/gummies at aid stations. You will want to pack those in your drop bags.

Can my crew pick up my race packet for me?

  • Unfortunately no. We do require runners to pick up race packets in person due to the need to sign a waiver. Plus we like to talk to you and put a face to your name before the race!

Does my pacer need to be at packet pickup to get his/her bib and sign the waiver?

  • While pacers are welcome to pick up the pacer bib and sign the waiver at packet pick up, they do not have to be there that early. Pacers can get a pacer bib and sign the waiver at any aid station that allows pacers to join runners.
